Summary

Under the direction of the director market access Nordics this individual will be responsible for the tactics and operational execution of the market access activities in Sweden across the Celgene portfolio, in cooperation with the market access managers and corporate affairs manager for H/O and I&I, local country teams in Sweden, and international functions.

Role and Responsibilities

Across the business units, together with the director market access, market access managers and corporate affairs manager for H/O and I&I, and local country teams in Sweden, be responsible for the:

  • Reimbursement decision implementation in Sweden.

  • Product specific value message development/adaptation to target key payer stakeholders in Sweden.

  • Internal and external training as needed.

Across the business units, together with Director Market Access, Market Access Managers and Corporate Affairs Manager for H/O and I&I, and Local Country teams in Sweden, provide support to:

  • Key meetings with payer stakeholders, such as budget holders, administrators, formulary members, procurement functions, and regional health-economists, focusing on discussions around product value, technical health-economic and budget impact implications, and price.

  • National, regional, and local treatment guideline development.

  • National, regional, and local contracting planning, analyses, negotiation and implementation.

  • National, regional, and local payer relationship development.

Across the business units, together with the director market access, market access managers and corporate affairs manager for H/O and I&I, and local country teams in sweden, provide support to:

  • Short- and long-term strategic market access planning to ensure success for Celgene current and future brands.

  • Nordic market access policy development and implementation.

  • Norwegian product price setting, including internal and external negotiations.

  • Nordic pricing policy development and implementation.

  • Building and development of the key market access external stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

  • Good experience of strategic and operational Market Access from the pharmaceutical industry or similar in the Nordics.

  • Experience from national, regional and local negotiations and payer relationship building, including experience in working with key external stakeholders such as national, regional and local payers.

  • Technical understanding in market access and health-economic instruments, tools, and value messages with ability use these tools and messages with external stakeholders

  • Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize according to business needs.
