The Performance Monitoring Analyst/Senior Analyst is responsible for providing expertise and support to the Global Planning, Logistics and Data team in the areas of supply chain management reporting, metrics, analytics and special projects. In addition, the analyst will provide data and analysis to corporate finance, treasury, legal, quality and affiliates as required.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Works closely with the global Operations Management Leads in data gathering, metrics development, management and analysis.

  • Develops and manages effective, successful Key Performance Indicators/Balanced Scorecards

  • Assure complete transparency in data and data accuracy globally.

  • Utilizes systems technology to aid in measurement and visibility within the supply chain.

  • Maintains global database.

  • Monitors timeliness of electronic data interchange, status updates and periodic reporting

  • Utilize state of the art tools: extended Lean initiatives (Six Sigma), VoC (Voice of Customer) to improve supply chain performance.

  • Identify and incorporate data visualization technologies to enhance decision making.

  • Continuously optimize and improve existing reporting and business enabling processes and tools, propose and implement effective solutions meeting customer and stakeholder business requirements, i.e. increasing data visibility and quality for affiliates.

  • Implement and manage internal controls to ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.

  • Interface with auditors as required.

  • Lead and/or contribute to global cross functional projects and initiatives.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • College or University degree in Business or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract essentials from complex sets of information, summarize and convey business information to stakeholders.

  • Strong knowledge in tools and systems utilized in supply chain. ERP systems, Microsoft Office

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player and be willing to work in an environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team are required.

  • Must be able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.

  • Experience with project work and a proven track record in coordination skills and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, influence and lead with and without

  • Must be detail oriented with an organized and disciplined approach to work.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional language skills are an asset.
