The primary focus of this role is to act as a Business Analyst to the International Markets (IM) Region.
You will develop and maintain KPIs for the IM region, and report periodically to management and the team. Secondly to work on resource optimization for IM region.
This will be in close cooperation with the central functional organization and to execute this in the role as a value added Business Partner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following
Support Sales and Marketing Team in the creation and optimization of Information Dashboards. Updates sales reports, activity reports and other managerial report as required and agreed.
Deliver Key Performance Indicators supporting the transparency, monitoring and tracking of business performance as approved by management.
Analyse and proactively summarizes competitive information.
Prepare financial analysis and ad-hoc financial reports.
Conduct Market Research and Market Intelligence projects for Celgene products in areas of interest.
Lead the resource optimization in the IM region, evaluating trade-offs on people and investment.
Work in collaboration with the Marketing team on new product planning and business cases.
Act as Finance department lead to promote maximization of usage of by Celgene supplied IT tools, such as Business Objects, QlikView, Essbase, Smartview, Hyperion.
Work closely with Central Business Planning and ensure support of centrally initiated projects especially to the smaller-midsize commercial country organizations.
Work on any other ad-hoc projects as required.
Good English communication skills both written and verbal, additional language proficiency a plus.
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence software e.g. Business Objects.
Ability to switch between detail orientation and helicopter view depending on audience.
Flexible personality thriving in fast moving business environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to covey Finance information & concepts to non-Finance individuals.
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify existing or potential deficiencies in operating processes or procedures, recommend solutions and proactively seek continuous economic and operational efficiencies.
