QA Logistics is committed to actively support the International Logistics & Supply Chain to ensure cGDP compliant processes in the distribution of Celgene products.

This position is involved primarily with Quality Assurance (QA) involved primarily with the support of the different Quality System tools in place to ensure cGDP compliance in Celgene Logistics and Celgene International II Supply Chain.

The position holder will work under supervision of Ass. Manager QA Logistics. He closely works together with International Logistics & Supply Chain, as well with QA Operations (Documentation). Furthermore, he would be in contact with various Contract Service Partners.

Skills/Knowledge Required

  • Good interpersonal, collaborative and organizational skills.

  • Good written & oral communication skills

  • Good knowledge of most common office software (Microsoft Office)

  • Good English knowledge

Duties and Responsibilities

Attends to Good Distribution Practices (GDPs) and Good Documentation Practices training; understands the implication in order to apply them in the day to day work.

Is responsible for reporting logistics issues in the system, giving support for the investigations where necessary and following up open actions.

Updates and develop monthly KPI’s

Prepares and update Quality Agreements

Prepares trending of Deviations/CAPA and KPI for Logistics CSPs

Participates to Launch & Variation meeting and follows up the implementation of the actions, as per Change Control.

Provides support for the annual mock recall

Prepares the monthly notifications on hold batch distribution.

Prepares Memo, where necessary.

Commercial Maturity project(s), as agreed with the school directories.

Supports Sr. Manager QA Logistics and Ass. Manager QA Logistics in different projects, where required (i.e memos, meeting minutes, etc)
