Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for functioning as the global data steward establishing pricing and discounts in Oracle.

  • Responsible for analyzing master data records for accuracy and maintenance.

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders including Celgene Affiliates, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Systems (IT) on resolution of pricing related inquiries to ensure proper setup within Oracle.

  • Ensure alignment with Logistics Service Provider on pricing updates and downstream interface implications.

  • Maintain relationships with internal business customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and help resolve critical data management issues and risks globally.

  • Develop and implement standard desk procedures and master data dictionaries.

  • Propose and participate in the implementation of process improvement projects and guide price submitters/approvers in the process change.

  • Provide MDM trainings for new comers and for business stakeholders, if applicable. Work with the team cross functionally to execute standard operating procedures and training materials for new processes and procedures that are implemented.

  • Monitor operational KPIs and take action when needed.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting as necessary for current business support and provide subject matter expertise.

  • Contribute to the on-going development of the Master Data Function and ensure all global needs are met.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including country specific guidelines, as well as SOX requirements.

  • Act as knowledge source for global process improvement and technology initiatives focused on improving master data.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • A BA or BS preferably in Business/Finance.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Master Data Management or Financial Operations.

  • Experience with Oracle ERP a plus.

  • Experience with Business Objects or other reporting tools a plus.

  • Highly motivated, self-driven towards accurate results and act with a high sense of urgency.

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

  • Understanding of how data is used within business processes and its impact.

  • Ability to organize workload, and the capacity to progress a range of tasks and projects at one time.

  • Ability to interact with IT resources when technology roles and capabilities are required to facilitate aspects of master data management.

  • Very methodical and accurate, displaying a strong desire for high quality with attention to detail.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English, any other language a plus (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish),

  • Specific training or experience in the field of the order-to-cash flow.
