Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare the national P&R dossier by coordinating other relevant Functions and develop analytical approach/negotiation strategy.
Ensure support to Market Access organisation (AVM e RVM) in the regional/local formulary listing process and afterward, where required, by preparing tools (ie Regional Dossier, BIM, HE slide deck) and by promoting integrated activities in the field.
Develop tactical plans to support products’ value by exploring market opportunities and by promoting the execution of health economics studies, RWE, economic models and any other appropriate initiative to sustain products’ value along their lifecycle.
Assess the market access landscape, prepare the market access SWOT analysis and propose solutions to fill the evidence gaps for early compounds in order to contribute in influencing and complementing the global clinical development plan for reimbursement purposes, in cooperation with Medical and with EMEA.
Represent the Pricing, Reimbursement and HEOR function in the Disease Team/Task Force.
Contribute to EMEA Market Access working groups/task forces and EMEA projects, as requested.
Constantly monitor scientific and health economics articles, relevent to assigned disease areas.
Support the Pricing, Reimbursement and HEOR Director in developing training toolkit for internal stakeholders.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Solid scientific/economics background
Experience in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in P&R dossier preparation and Market Access
Ability to interpret and critique clinical study protocols
HE analysis and business intelligence background
Excel Skills at an intermediate level is a plus
Proficiency in English required
Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and change
