  • Begleitung der Freigaben diverser Abgabematerialien für den Außendienst

  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Marketingprojekten

  • Mitarbeit bei der digitalen Marketingkampagne (Kommunikation mit externen Agenturen in deutscher und englischer Sprache, Eigenständige Übermittlung von Datensätzen)

  • Update diverser Jahres-Projektübersichten für das Marketing-Team (u.a. Gantt Charts in Powerpoint und Excel)

  • Protokollführung in abteilungsübergreifenden Marketing- bzw. Agentur-Meetings

  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Marketing-Teams

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • Starke Identifikation mit den Werten von Celgene

  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, BWL oder vergleichbar

  • Sehr gute deutsche & englische Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Interesse am deutschen pharmazeutischen Markt

  • Präzise Arbeitsweise

  • Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Gute Selbstorganisation und strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise
