Under the direction of the Manager, Medical Affairs Operations, this individual will be responsible for administrative and daily work tasks related to Investigator-Initiated Trials or Non-clinical research studies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administrative support in the tracking and filing of Investigator-Initiated Trials
Tracking of IIT patient recruitment, milestones, updates etc. in databases and Excel spreadsheets
Filing of all relevant IIT and non-clinical research documents in document repositories
Regular dispatch of Investigator Brochures/mailings etc. to study sponsor offices
Scanning and archiving of relevant documents for IIT and other studies
Quality control of study folders
Preparation/updating of IIT presentations and reports
Take personal responsibility for the quality of work, meeting required quality and performance standards and completing all assigned tasks in the most efficient and effective manner
Strong identification with Celgene’s values
Experience with Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluency in German and English, both orally and written
Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks and to prioritize. Strong organizational skills
Can work within a team and also independently
Flexibility, “Can Do attitude”
Knowledge of clinical drug development/clinical trials would be an asset
