The Sr. Manager, HR Operations will initially serve as the HR Operations lead for Juno Therapeutics and manage a team of HR Ops and MyHR Specialists assisting employees and the HR Function with Workday related transactions and other HR inquiries and tasks. This individual will become a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HR Service Delivery team. This role will also be responsible for creating and reviewing documentation, data audits and working with Celgene HR Operations management to continue to enhance the scope of the overall Americas HR Operations team.
The Sr. Manager, HR Operations will report to the Director, Employee Services and Americas HR Operations.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of the HR Operations function for Juno Therapeutics including overseeing the MyHR team.
Evaluate services and processes to determine enhancement or refinement to drive efficiency, reliability, and accuracy that is sustainable long term.
Responsible for metrics reporting, identifying trends and proactively researching and solutioning issues.
Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships to ensure world class service to employees, managers and human resources are provided.
Proactively create, update and audit the “How-to-Guides” that are provided for employees, managers and HR Partners to action Workday transactions and tasks.
Maintain data integrity by proactively conducting audits and analyzing transactions.
Ensures all SLA’s are met and employees, managers and HR receive prompt, reliable and exceptional service.
Support the strategy and overall model and framework.
Be a reliable partner for all Celgene and Juno HR COEs and HRBPs.
Perform back up duties for the HR Ops Management team.
Assist with the implementation of an HR Case Management System.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required with total of 10 years progressive HR experience required with 4 years of operations management/employee services experience and 3 years management experience.
Proven project management experience, ability to lead and motivate others in accomplishing goals, ability to exercise professional judgment and assume responsibility for decisions which have an impact on people, quality of service, and costs.
Demonstrated process and management skills, ability to interpret and analyze metrics, eye for quality and pursues continuous improvement in service delivery operational excellence.
Sense of urgency, fast-paced, results-oriented, self-starter who enjoys leading and being a part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to be both a strategic and tactical thinker to create and execute the company vision.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
Sound working knowledge of Workday HCM
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must
