Celgene Associate Director, Global Marketing, CAR-T Commercial Operations in Summit, New Jersey

The Associate Director, Global Marketing, CAR T operations will have a primary focus on the development and implementation of the global CAR T commercial operating model. This role will be responsible for CAR T commercial operations activities and will require close collaboration with the CAR T commercial team, global CAR T affiliate operational leads and CAR T GPT core members (regulatory, clinical, drug safety, manufacturing and supply chain). This role will be responsible for the integrated aspects of the CAR T operational model including global CAR T site certification. This role will be Summit based. The role of Associate Director, Global Marketing, CAR T operations will report directly into the Global Commercial CART Lead.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Delivery of a flawless, best in class globally integrated CAR T operating model
Design, development and implementation of the global site certification plan in partnership with regulatory, drug safety, clinical and global operations
Global cross functional partnership to ensure the launch readiness of key deliverables that reflect optimal programs and services within the model
Collaborate with global affiliate operational leads to ensure the operational model customization required to meet local regulatory, compliance and legal specifications in all launch countries
Collaborate with CAR T customers to identify the optimal programs and services required to provide a best in class experience
Oversee all the factors that will contribute to the operating model success, communicating status while identifying and managing risks and issues
Prepare and assist global lead with commercial portion of program updates for governance committees
Manage consultants/agencies for key projects
Communicate the Global Market insights needs and ensure the initiation of market research projects with Global Market Insights
At least 4-6 years’ industry experience with 3+ years of oncology marketing/commercialization experience; Experience in hematology (preferred)/oncology marketing across launch and post launch products; hematology sales experience a benefit``.
