This role is responsible for supporting the global CAR T commercial and G4M team in a project management capacity. The role will be focused on supporting the development of the global CAR T operational model project plan as well as supporting the global CAR T G4M to develop and operationalize strategic deliverables. The incumbent will report functionally to the head of project management in Global Marketing, but day to day to the global commercial CAR T lead.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Support the global development of a launch ready global CAR T operating model
Facilitating the development of the global operational model plan into a well-defined project plan highlighting key deliverables, dates and independencies across the key cross functional stakeholders
Proactively communicating with all relevant stakeholders to identify and track key milestones across the commercial team
Working in partnership with local affiliate operational leads to ensure alignment and integration
Management of an operational model launch readiness dashboard to provide key insights on a monthly basis from key cross functional stakeholders
Coordination of the launch readiness review meetings with the CAR-T steering committee on a quarterly basis; managing cross functional deliverables, presentations and pre -reads
Supporting the CAR T G4M team to develop and operationalize the integrated CAR T launch strategy
Support the G4M in the development and delivery of key brand strategy deliverables for launch, (franchise plan, brand indication plans, tactical plans) by:
Proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders to identify the plan to develop or update strategy and accompanying documents, identifying and tracking key milestones
Facilitating the development of strategy and accompanying documents with key cross-functional stakeholders, primarily the G4M core team members
Ensuring timely appearance at governance meetings to obtain endorsement for G4M plans
Ensuring communication of strategic deliverables to appropriate G4M stakeholders and working to post these materials on an internal portal
In cooperation with G4M Leads, support G4M operations through the following:
Facilitating the G4M in the annual goal setting process, identifying critical decision points throughout the year and supporting driving those decision points through corporate governance bodies.
Developing and maintaining the G4M planning calendars that identify critical decision points, team events and milestones
Organizing and facilitating G4M meeting topics/agendas, managing G4M members and meeting attendees based on agreed upon structure, tracking meeting outcomes and follow-up action items
In alignment with the overall internal congress preparation flow, ensuring alignment and coordination for all G4M aspects for planning of major and disease specific congresses
Acting as the point person and coordinator of slide deck deliverables for G4M team
Support the facilitation of vital communications at all levels of the organization
Support our internal portal as the central source of information for all G4M deliverables, Franchise and Brand materials, and general information. Manage content of the portal and ensure information is being communicated to appropriate G4M members and key stakeholders
Ensure regular and pro-active communication with other strategy and development teams to ensure coordination of information needs, decision-making, and governance
Facilitate cross-functional, cross-regional communication between G4M members and other relevant stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Exceptional project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional, cross-regional, and cross-franchise environment and good understanding of project budgeting process
Strong customer focus with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and expectations
Manage execution by persistent follow-up and driving results
Exceptional computer skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and familiarity with managing web-based applications
Strong ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and ability to hold oneself and others accountable for commitments
Capable of managing meetings within a multicultural environment
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work in a matrix environment with strong team collaboration
Basic understanding of business strategy, marketing planning tools and processes
Basic understanding of key pharmaceutical Marketing (ex. Market Research, Business Intelligence, Market Access) and Medical Affairs (ex. Global Scientific Communications) functions
